Fixup testcases outputting own name as a test name and standardize failed compilation messages

Changes in v3:
- Adjusted some testcases where the message "failed to compile" was not unique.

Another bit of cleanup to the testsuite. We have a number of tests that are
not honoring the rule of not outputting their own name as a test name.
I fixed up all the offenders i could find with the following regular
expression:

Fix test names starting with uppercase output by basic functions
...
The following patch is based on the previous patch i sent and handles cases of
test names that start with an uppercase letter. Test names should start with
lowercase unless it starts with the name of a technology, architecture, ISA
etc.
This first patch addresses cases of test names output explicitly via xfail,
kfail, kpass, fail, pass, unsupported, untested and also names set with the
pattern "set test" and "set testname".

Rename gdb_load_shlibs to gdb_load_shlib

Rename gdb_load_shlibs to gdb_load_shlib to reflect that it can only
load a single shlib at the time.

Increase timeout in watch-bitfields.exp for software watchpoint
...
I see the following two timeout fails on pandaboard (arm-linux target),
FAIL: gdb.base/watch-bitfields.exp: -location watch against bitfields: continue until exit (timeout)
FAIL: gdb.base/watch-bitfields.exp: regular watch against bitfields: continue until exit (timeout)
In this test, more than one watchpoint is used, so the following
watchpoint requests fall back to software watchpoint, so that GDB
will single step all the way and it is very slow.
This patch is to copy the fix from
[PATCH] GDB/testsuite: Correct gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp timeout tweak
https://sourceware.org/ml/gdb-patches/2014-07/msg00716.html
I find the left-over of this patch review is to factor out code into
a procedure, so I do that in this patch.
Re-run tests watch-bitfields.exp, watchpoint-solib.exp, sigall-reverse.exp,
and until-precsave.exp on pandaboard, no regression.

GDB/testsuite: Correct gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp timeout tweak
...
Similarly to the previous changes to gdb.reverse/sigall-reverse.exp and
gdb.reverse/until-precsave.exp this corrects the timeout tweak in
gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp.
This test case executes a large amount of code with a software watchpoint
enabled. This means single-stepping all the way through and takes a lot
of time, e.g. for an ARMv7 Panda board and a `-march=armv5te' multilib:
PASS: gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp: continue to foo again
elapsed: 714
for the same board and a `-mthumb -march=armv5te' multilib:
PASS: gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp: continue to foo again
elapsed: 1275
and for QEMU in the system emulation mode and a `-march=armv4t'
multilib:
PASS: gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp: continue to foo again
elapsed: 115
(values in seconds) -- all of which having the default timeout of 60s,
set based on the requirement of the remaining test cases (other than
gdb.reverse ones).
Here again the timeout extension to have a meaning should be calculated
by scaling rather than using an arbitrary constant, and a larger factor
of 30 will do, leaving some margin. Hopefully for everyone or otherwise
we'll probably have to come up with a smarter solution.
OTOH the other test cases in this script do not require the extension so
they can be moved outside its umbrella so as to avoid unnecessary delays
if something goes wrong and a genuine timeout triggers.
* gdb.base/watchpoint-solib.exp: Increase the timeout by a factor
of 30 rather than hardcoding 120 for a slow test case. Take the
`gdb,timeout' target setting into account for this calculation.
Don't extend the timeout for the test cases that don't need it.

Use multiple locations for hardware watchpoints.

This eliminates the need to traverse value chain, doing
various checks, in three different places.
* breakpoint.h (struct bp_location): New fields
lengths and watchpoint_type.
(struct breakpoint): Remove the val_chain field.
* breakpoint.c (is_hardware_watchpoint): New.
(free_valchain): Remove.
(update_watchpoint): New.
(insert_bp_location): For hardware watchpoint, just
directly insert it.
(insert_breakpoints): Call update_watchpoint_locations
on all watchpoints. If we have failed to insert
any location of a hardware watchpoint, remove all inserted
locations.
(remove_breakpoint): For hardware watchpoints, directly
remove location.
(watchpoints_triggered): Iterate over locations.
(bpstat_stop_status): Use only first location of
a resource watchpoint.
(delete_breakpoint): Don't call free_valchain.
(print_one_breakpoint): Don't print all
locations for watchpoints.
(breakpoint_re_set_one): Use update_watchpoint for
watchpoints.
