43988095a5 DWARF-5 basic functionality 
this is a kitchen-sink patch for everything that did not fit into its own
patch.

DWO is not yet implemented.

61baf725ec update copyright year range in GDB files 
This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.

b972bd9c13 testsuite: Use istarget and is_lp64_target for 3 testcases. 
On x86_64 with -m32 or on i686 it will:
