(gdbint_toc.html): Add dependency on gdb-cfg.texi and fdl.texi.
(gdbint.info): Add srcdir to include path.
* gdb.texinfo: Include gpl.texi.
(Top): Add Copying.
* gpl.texi: New file.

* config/arm/tm-arm.h (FLOAT_INFO): Delete.
(PRINT_FLOAT_INFO): Define.

(target_byte_order): Initialize to BFD_ENDIAN_BIG.
(initialize_current_architecture): Update target_byte_order using
information from BFD.
