without NAT_FILE definition, configure will assume that GDB cannot
run native.

determine it with autoconf.
* config/i386/nm-linux.h: Don't define NO_SYS_REG_H, determine it
with autoconf.
* config/i386/nm-i386sco.h: Don't define NO_PTRACE_H, determine it
with autoconf.
* config/i386/nm-i386v.h: Ditto.
