	* aclocal.m4 (SIM_AC_COMMON): Call CY_GNU_GETTEXT.
	(CY_WITH_NLS, CY_GNU_GETTEXT, AM_PATH_PROG_WITH_TEST,
	AM_LC_MESSAGES): New macros from GNU gettext.
