	(sim_config_default): Add prototype.
	* sim-module.c (sim_pre_argv_init): Call sim_config_default.
	* sim-options.c (standard_option_handler, case OPTION_ENVIRONMENT):
	Set STATE_ENVIRONMENT, not current_environment.
