Joel Brobecker 61baf725ec update copyright year range in GDB files 
This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.

Doug Evans 9f0500621b Add support for inlining scripts into .debug_gdb_scripts.

	* section-scripts.h: Remove "future extension" comment.

	(SECTION_SCRIPT_ID_SCHEME_TEXT): New macro.
