John Gilmore 7d9884b927 * defs.h: Incorporate param.h. All users changed. 
* param-no-tm.h:  Change users to define TM_FILE_OVERRIDE instead.
* param.h, param-no-tm.h:  Removed.
* Update copyrights in all changed files.
* dbxread.c, dwarfread.c, inflow.c, infrun.c, m2-exp.y, putenv.c,
solib.c, symtab.h, tm-umax.h, valprint.c:  Lint.
* tm-convex.h, tm-hp300hpux.h, tm-merlin.h, tm-sparc.h,
xm-merlin.h:  Avoid host include files in target descriptions.
* getpagesize.h:  Removed, libiberty copes now.

John Gilmore e140f1dab1 Remove tdesc stuff. Remove FRAME_CHAIN_COMBINE from all tm-*.h files, 
since it was always defined exactly the same in all of them.

John Gilmore fbcb509562 * tm-*.h: Remove READ_DBX_FORMAT, COFF_FORMAT, and 
READ_MIPS_FORMAT, which have been unused since BFD.  Still
remaining is COFF_NO_LONG_FILE_NAMES.
* tm-sun3.h, tm-altos.h:  Remove detritus accidentally left from
function calling code moved to m68k-tdep.c.

John Gilmore 841c051c44 * inferior.h: Eliminate CANNOT_EXECUTE_STACK in favor of 
defining CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION as BEFORE_TEXT_END.  This is
because machines that do this will also have to know to
set NEED_TEXT_START_END.  Besides, it was a redundant way to
say the same thing.
* tm-29k.h, tm-convex.h, tm-np1.h:  Eliminate
CANNOT_EXECUTE_STACK, define CALL_DUMMY_LOCATION and
NEED_TEXT_START_END.
