Dave Anglin f6fd0237f5 * elf32-hppa.c (final_link_relocate): Convert R_PARISC_TLS_GD21L, 
R_PARISC_TLS_LDM21L and R_PARISC_TLS_IE21L relocations that use the
	linkage table pointer to use the global table pointer if not doing
	a shared link.

Nick Clifton 91b9a4a49b * cpu-m32c.c (m32c_scan): New function. Ensures that a scan for 
"m32c" returns the m32c arch_info_struct and not the m16c
        arch_info_struct.
        (arch_info_struct): Use the new scan function.
