dbdfa66c30 * maint.exp: Raise timeout to give Cygwin targeted GDBs more time 
for printing symbols and statistics.
	Add test for using relative pathnames in "maint print msymbols" test.
	Mark "maint info sections DATA" XFAIL on Cygwin.
	Remove Cygwin XFAIL mark on "help maint dump-me" and "maint dump-me"
	tests.

	Also always print the tagname member, even when it is NULL.

	type dumping code.

fc33412a6a * gdb.base/annota1.exp: Move test of isnative to earlier in the 
file -- to prevent failing when the compile fails but we have no
 	intention of running the tests anyway.

	* gdb.base/long_long.exp: Test target_info for no_long_long, skip
	tests if set.

	* gdb.base/maint.exp: Support 2 byte integers as well as 4 byte
 	integers.

	* gdb.c++/ctti.exp: Skip tests if skip_cplus_tests returns true.
	* gdb.c++/namespace.exp: Ditto.

Fix PR gdb/16.
