7649770c8e Put selftests api into selftests namespace 
This patch changes register_self_test to selftests::register_test,
and run_self_tests to selftest::run_tests.

61baf725ec update copyright year range in GDB files 
This applies the second part of GDB's End of Year Procedure, which
updates the copyright year range in all of GDB's files.

d4081a383e Introduce string_printf 
This introduces the string_printf function.  Like asprintf, but
returns a std::string.
