28e7fd6234 Update years in copyright notice for the GDB files. 
Two modifications:
  1. The addition of 2013 to the copyright year range for every file;
  2. The use of a single year range, instead of potentially multiple
     year ranges, as approved by the FSF.

efae1d9244 Minor comment reformatting in generic_elf_osabi_sniffer 
Comment says it all.  I just felt that putting some new text in
a separate paragraph allowed us to clearly identify the section
about ELFOSABI_NONE, and the part that talks about the new
ELFOSABI_GNU.
