* configure.in: Turn mt-linux into mt-gnu. Use mt-gnu and enable
libmudflap for all GNU-based systems (with Glibc).

(ppc64_elf_func_desc_adjust): Don't add an extr nop to sfpr.
(ppc64_elf_relocate_section): NOP out calls to undefweak functions.
