Set it to MANY_SEGMENTS for any obj-coffbfd target. * config/obj-coffbfd.h (BFD_HEADERS, BFD): Define. * config/i386coff.mt (TDEFINES): Don't define BFD, MANY_SEGMENTS, BFD_HEADERS.
