relocs with bitsize == 16 have size = 1.
	(xcoff_reloc_type_ba): Correct src_mask and dst_mask adjustment.

ccaa32c7e8 * target.h: Add to_insert_hw_breakpoint, to_remove_hw_breakpoint,
