Pedro Alves 24ba476b64 gdb.mi/mi-console.c, gdb.mi/mi-stack.c: Remove local emacs variables defining change-log-default-name. 
These references to ChangeLog-mi are stale.
testsuite/gdb.mi/ChangeLog-mi doesn't exist anymore, since:

Andrew Cagney fb40c20903 Add mi/ and testsuite/gdb.mi/ subdirectories. 
Add --enable-gdbmi option to configury.
Add mi rules to Makefile.in
Add mi conditional output to event-top.c infrun.c main.c top.c.
Add -i=mi option.
