(cxxfilt_SOURCES): Now just cxxfilt.c $(BULIBS).

Remove all references to underscore.c.
Regen dependencies.
* configure.in: Define TARGET_PREPENDS_UNDERSCORE in
config.h from $UNDERSCORE, rather than AC_SUBSTing it.
* binutils/cxxfilt.c: Moved here from gcc/cp, minor
adjustments to fit into binutils framework.

gcc/cp:
* Make-lang.in: Remove all references to the demangler.
* cxxfilt.c: Moved to binutils.
(file_off): New type.
(file_open): Define.
(print_strings): Use file_off instead of file_ptr. Print addresses
which don't fit into long correctly.
(get_char): Use file_off instead of file_ptr. Use getc_unlocked if
available.
(strings_file): Use file_off instead of file_ptr. Use file_open.
* configure.in: Check for getc_unlocked.
Check for fopen64 and whether _LARGEFILE64_SOURCE needs to
be defined for it.

* dlltool.c: Include "dyn-string.h". Include <stdarg.h> based on

* dllwrap.c: Don't include <stdio.h>, <errno.h>, <string.h>,
<stdlib.h>, or <unistd.h>. Include <sys/stat.h> and either
<stdarg.h> or <varargs.h>.
(driver_name): Initialize to NULL, not "gcc".
(dlltool_name): Initialize to NULL, not "dlltool".
(display, inform, look_for_prog, deduce_name): New static
functions.
(usage): Mention -mno-cygwin.
(OPTION_MNO_CYGWIN): Define.
(main): Handle -mno-cygwin. Deduce driver_name and dlltool_name.
* resrc.c (look_for_default): Make static. Remove unused local
path. Check using EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX.
(read_rc_file): Allocate enough space to hold EXECUTABLE_SUFFIX.
* Makefile.am: Rebuild dependencies.
(dllwrap_LDADD): Add $(INTLLIBS).
* configure, Makefile.in, config.in: Rebuild.
