C++ify breakpoint class hierarchy (destructors only)

Breakpoints are currently in a limbo state between C and C++. There is
a pseudo class hierarchy implemented using struct fields. Taking
watchpoint as an example:

and it is instantianted with "new watchpoint ()". When destroyed, a
destructor is first invoked through the breakpoint_ops, and then the
memory is freed by calling delete through a pointer to breakpoint.
Address sanitizer complains about this, for example, because we new and
delete the same memory using different types.
This patch takes the logical step of making breakpoint subclasses extend
the breakpoint class for real, and converts their destructors to actual
C++ destructors.
Regtested on the buildbot.

Fix PR 21352: Command tsave does not support -r argument
...
This is an obvious fix for PR 21352. The problem is that the argument
parsing loop is not using an "else if" where it should, and therefore
the '-r' option ends up unrecognized by GDB.

Rename some trace functions
...
This patch renames a few trace-related functions, so that they adhere to
the de facto standard of naming command entry point functions
<command>_command. I like the ease of looking up a command entry point
if they all follow that rule.
An enum label "tstop_command" conflicts with a new function name, so I
renamed this one trace_stop_command.

Remove some variables but call functions for side effects

This patch consolidates the (possibly-questionable) spots where we
remove a declaration but continue to call some function for side
effects. In a couple of cases it wasn't entirely clear to me that
this mattered; and in some other cases it might be more aesthetically
pleasing to use ATTRIBUTE_UNUSED. So, I broke this out into a
separate patch for simpler review.

gdb: Add guess_tracepoint_registers hook to gdbarch.
...
When we're looking at a tracefile trace frame where registers are not
available, and the tracepoint has only one location, we supply
the location's address as the PC register. However, this only works
if PC is not a pseudo register, and individual architectures may want
to guess more registers. Add a gdbarch hook that will handle that.

Add casts to memory allocation related calls

Most allocation functions (if not all) return a void* pointing to the
allocated memory. In C++, we need to add an explicit cast when
assigning the result to a pointer to another type (which is the case
more often than not).
The content of this patch is taken from Pedro's branch, from commit
"(mostly) auto-generated patch to insert casts needed for C++". I
validated that the changes make sense and manually reflowed the code to
make it respect the coding style. I also found multiple places where I
could use XNEW/XNEWVEC/XRESIZEVEC/etc.
Thanks a lot to whoever did that automated script to insert casts, doing
it completely by hand would have taken a ridiculous amount of time.
Only files built on x86 with --enable-targets=all are modified. This
means that all other -nat.c files are untouched and will have to be
dealt with later by using appropiate compilers. Or maybe we can try to
build them with a regular g++ just to know where to add casts, I don't
know.
I built-tested this with --enable-targets=all and reg-tested.

Unify ctf_fetch_registers and tfile_fetch_registers
...
Functions ctf_fetch_registers and tfile_fetch_registers have some
duplicated code about guessing the PC in regcache. Sometimes, we
may change one function and forget to update the other one, like this

This patch is to move the duplicated code into a new function
tracefile_fetch_registers, and let both ctf_fetch_registers and
tfile_fetch_registers call it.

Share code on to_xfer_partial for tfile and ctf target

In the to_xfer_partial implementations of ctf and tfile, the code on
reading from read-only sections is duplicated. This patch moves it to
a separate function exec_read_partial_read_only.

Let tracefile has_memory and has_all_memory.
...
At present, tfile target thinks it has memory but ctf doesn't.
This is an oversight when I added ctf target support. This patch
moves the implementations of to_has_all_memory and to_has_memory to
upper layer. After this change, both tfile and ctf target think
they have memory.

Move trace file writer out of tracepoint.c

This patch is a refactor which moves trace file writer related code
out of tracepoint.c, which has 6k LOC. It moves general trace file
writer to a new file tracefile.c and moves tfile specific writer to
tracefile-tfile.c.
