David Taylor	13b470dc1b	The following changes were made by Edith Epstein <eepstein@cygnus.com> ... as part of a project to merge in changes made by HP. all-cfg.texi -- set HPPA for HP PA-RISC targets. refcard.tex -- change documentation about catch; removed info catch.
