Ian Lance Taylor 03f4cf996a * config.bfd (mips-*-elfl*, mips-*-elf*): New targets, using
mipslelf and mipsbelf respectively.
	* config/mipslelf.mt, config/mipsbelf.mt: New files.
	* elf32-mips.c: Added some reloc information.
	* configure.in: Fixed error message.
