Nick Clifton bf41f30dde Update top level configure files by synchronizing them with gcc. 
.	* config-ml.in: Sync with gcc sources.
	* config.guess: Likewise.
	* config.sub: Likewise.
	* configure.ac: Likewise.
	* configure: Regenerate.
