(REG_ADDR): Remove macro. (cannot_fetch_register, supply_gregset, fill_gregset): Remove functions. (i386bsd_supply_gregset, i386bsd_collect_gregset): New functions. (fetch_inferior_registers): Use `struct reg' and `struct fpreg' instead of gregset_t and fpregset_t. Use i386bsd_supply_gregset instead of supply_gregset. (store_inferior_registers): Use `struct reg' and `struct fpreg' instead of gregset_t and fpregset_t. Use i386bsd_collect_gregset instead of fill_gregset.
