* Makefile.in (ALL_TARGET_MODULES): Add libstdc++.
	(CHECK_TARGET_MODULES): Ditto.
	(INSTALL_TARGET_MODULES): Ditto.
	(TARGET_LIBS): Ditto.
	(all-libstdc++): Note dependencies.
