* config/obj-coffbfd.c (obj_coff_init_stab_section): Zero the
	initial stab symbol after allocating it.
	* config/obj-elf.c (obj_elf_init_stab_section): Ditto.

This fixes a critical bug observed in Q4 for Lynx.
