	* xcofflink.c (XCOFF_XVECP): Define.
	(bfd_xcoff_link_record_set): Don't do anything if the BFD is not
	of the right type.
	(bfd_xcoff_import_symbol): Likewise.
	(bfd_xcoff_export_symbol): Likewise.
	(bfd_xcoff_link_count_reloc): Likewise.
	(bfd_xcoff_record_link_assignment): Likewise.
