Ian Lance Taylor b7cbb59ff6 * write.c (relax_and_size_all_segments): Moved #endif for OBJ_BOUT 
so that OBJ_BOUT doesn't forget to adjust all the fragments in the
	.bss section.

Fixes critical PR 3600.
