_initialize_c_exp.
	* m2-lang.c (_initialize_m2_language):  Name changed from
	_initialize_m2_exp.
	* m2-lang.c (_initialize_m2_language):  Change malloc to xmalloc since
	it is no longer inside m2-exp.y, where it was remapped by Makefile.
