* read.c (s_mri_sect): Don't return '\0' in type.  Set all
	appropriate flags in BFD section.

	* configure.in (m68k-*-psos*): New target.
	* configure: Rebuild.
	* config/te-psos.h: New file.
	* config/tc-m68k.c (comment_chars): Don't include '#' if TE_PSOS
	is defined.
