(mips-idt-ecoff*): Added trailing '*'.
	* config/mips-idtl.mt: New file; use EMUL of mipsidtl.
	* mipsidtl.sh: New file; like mipsidt.sh, but little endian.
	* Makefile.in (ALL_EMULATIONS): Added em_mipsidtl.o.
