	* value.c (generic_use_struct_convention): Remove.
	* defs.h (generic_use_struct_convention): Likewise.

doc/ChangeLog:

	* gdbint.texi (Target Conditionals): Remove documentation
	of and references to DEPRECATED_EXTRACT_STRUCT_VALUE_ADDRESS,
	gdbarch_extract_return_value, and gdbarch_store_return_value.
