* elf64-alpha.c: New file.
	* config.bfd (alpha-*-linuxecoff*): New target.
	(alpha-*-linux*, alpha-*-elf*): New targets.
	* configure.in (bfd_elf64_alpha_vec): New vector.
	* configure: Rebuild.
	* targets.c (bfd_elf64_alpha_vec): Declare.
	(bfd_target_vector): Add bfd_elf64_alpha_vec if BFD64.
	* reloc.c (BFD_RELOC_ALPHA_GPDISP): Define.
	* bfd-in2.h, libbfd.h: Rebuild.
	* Makefile.in: Rebuild dependencies.
 	(BFD64_BACKENDS): Add elf64-alpha.o.
	(BFD64_BACKENDS_CFILES): Add elf64-alpha.c.
