Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo c83a88bd77 [CLASSES]: Use only a struct tag to represent DW_TAG_{pointer,const}_type tags 
This reduces by 8MB the dtagnames memory footprint when processing a qemu
vmlinux, that now uses ~79MB.

1. install cmake
2. mkdir build

4. cmake ..
5. make
