* config/c4x/c4x.h (PARALLEL_INSN_FLAG): Add.
	(PARALLEL_PACK_FLAG): Delete.
	(TARGET_SWITCHES): Update.
	(TARGET_PARALLEL): Use PARALLEL_INSN_FLAG.
