        * config/i386/cygwin.h (LINK_SPEC): Pass --tsaware flag only
        when building executables, not DLLs.  Add --large-address-aware
        under the same conditions.
        * config/i386/cygwin-w64.h (LINK_SPEC): Pass --tsaware flag only
        when building executables, not DLLs.  Add --large-address-aware
        under the same conditions when using -m32.
