gcc/testsuite

	* gcc.dg/fshort-wchar.c: add extra dg-options for
	arm*-*-*eabi* targets.
	* gcc.dg/tree-ssa/pr42585.c: change dg-final to catch
	arm*-*-* targets.
	* gcc.dg/tree-ssa/pr43491.c: likewise.
