	unsigned extension into account.
	(ATOMIC_COMPARE_AND_SWAP): Likewise.
	(ATOMIC_FETCH_AND_OP, ATOMIC_FETCH_AND_COMBOP): Likewise.
	Do computations on a scratch register.
