stl_algobase.h (fill, fill_n): Revert last change...

	* include/bits/stl_algobase.h (fill, fill_n): Revert last
	change: actually we need to copy construct an object of type
	_Tp, not of type iterator_traits<>::value_type, therefore the
	code is ok.
