	(BIONIC_DYNAMIC_LINKERN32, GNU_USER_DYNAMIC_LINKERN32): Remove.
	(LINK_SPEC): Use GNU_USER_DYNAMIC_LINKER32,
	GNU_USER_DYNAMIC_LINKER64 and GNU_USER_LINK_EMULATIONN32.

	* config/mips/linux.h: Remove everything except for ...
