libstdc++: Fix typo in chrono::year_month_weekday::operator==

libstdc++-v3/ChangeLog:

	* include/std/chrono (year_month_weekday::operator==): Compare
	weekday_indexed instead of weekday.
	* testsuite/std/time/year_month_weekday/1.cc: Augment testcase.
