	particular gcc version we're building.
	* Makefile.in (libsubdir): Add new macro for the directory
	in which the compiler finds executables, libraries, etc.
	(BASE_FLAGS_TO_PASS): Pass down gcc_version, target_alias
	and libsubdir.
