natMath.cc (pow): Cast args to double', not jdouble'.

	* java/lang/natMath.cc (pow): Cast args to `double', not
	`jdouble'.
	(atan2): Likewise.
	(IEEEremainder): Likewise.
	* java/lang/mprec.h: Don't wrap includes in `extern "C"'.
	* java/lang/fdlibm.h: Don't wrap includes in `extern "C"'.
