* gcc.c (STANDARD_EXEC_PREFIX, STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX) 

(TOOLDIR_BASE_PREFIX, STANDARD_BINDIR_PREFIX): Remove unnecessary
	definitions.
	(main): Only use standard_startfile_prefix if native.
	* doc/tm.texi (STANDARD_STARTFILE_PREFIX): Update.
