* c-parse.in (absdcl1): Allow attributes in explicit typespecs.
        (%expect): Update.
        * c-parse.y: Regenerate.
        * c-parse.c: Likewise.
        * objc/objc-parse.c: Likewise.
        * objc/objc-parse.y: Likewise.
