xtensa-config.h (XCHAL_HAVE_MUL32_HIGH): Define. 

include:
	* xtensa-config.h (XCHAL_HAVE_MUL32_HIGH): Define.
gcc:
	* config/xtensa/ieee754-df.S: New file.
	* config/xtensa/ieee754-sf.S: New file.
	* config/xtensa/t-xtensa (LIB2FUNCS_EXTRA): Remove fp-bit.c & dp-bit.c.
	(LIB1ASMFUNCS): Add SFmode and DFmode floating-point functions.
	* config/xtensa/lib1funcs.asm: Include ieee754-df.S and ieee754-sf.S.
