[Ada] Minor tweaks to System.Dwarf_Line

gcc/ada/

	* libgnat/s-dwalin.adb (Parse_Header): Tweak comments.
	(Read_Entry_Format_Array): Tweak exception message.
	(Symbolic_Address.Set_Result): Likewise.
