	* trans-decl.c (gfc_build_intrinsic_function_decls):  Add
	gfor_fndecl_kill and gfor_fndecl_kill_sub
	* trans-intrinsic.c (conv_intrinsic_kill, conv_intrinsic_kill_sub): new
	functions.
