* testsuite/thread/pthread5.cc: Include <unistd.h>
if _GLIBCPP_HAVE_UNISTD_H is defined.
(main): Only use pthread_attr_setscope if
_POSIX_THREAD_PRIORITY_SCHEDULING is defined.
