C: fix-it hint for removing stray semicolons

	* c-parser.c (c_parser_struct_or_union_specifier): Add fix-it
	hint for removing extra semicolon.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:
	* gcc.dg/semicolon-fixits.c: New test case.
