(FUNCTION_PROFILER): Use $28 instead of $27.

(LINK_SPEC): Pass -pg to linker.
(LIB_SPEC): Link in -lprof1 with -pg, not -lprof2.
(STARTFILE_SPEC): USe gcrt0.o if -pg, not mcrt0.o.
