re PR libgcj/1351 (_Jv_select -vs- Thread.interrupt)

Fix for PR libgcj/1351:
	* posix.cc (_Jv_select): Throw InterruptedIOException if thread is
	interrupted.
	Include Thread.h and InterruptedIOException.h.
